We provide online educational content, including courses, lessons, marathons, and creative challenges related to watercolor sketching.
Content is provided in digital format and may include pre-recorded lessons and, in some cases, live sessions.

2. Purchases
Purchases may be made:
  • on our website using payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal
  • via Patreon for subscription-based access
When purchasing through third-party platforms such as Patreon, your transaction, billing, and subscription management are handled by that platform and are subject to its terms and policies.

3. Access to content
Access to purchased content is provided:
  • immediately after payment, or
  • from a specified start date (if indicated on the product page)
Access is granted via your personal account on our website:

You will also receive an email with access details.
For Patreon subscriptions, access is provided through your Patreon account.

4. Refund policy
We offer a refund period of up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds may be denied if:

  • you have viewed or completed all lessons
  • there is evidence of full or substantial use of the content
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Artwork created during lessons may not be used for commercial purposes.

Use of artworks created during lessons.
Artwork created as part of our lessons may be shared publicly for personal purposes (for example, on social media), provided that proper credit is given to DREAM & DRAW Art School.
When publishing such artwork, you agree to clearly indicate that it was created based on lessons from DREAM & DRAW Art School.
Such artwork may not be presented as original independent work in exhibitions, galleries, competitions, or professional contexts without appropriate attribution as a student work created through DREAM & DRAW Art School.
You may not use our lessons, materials, or teaching methods to conduct your own classes, workshops, or training sessions, whether online or offline, without our prior written permission.

6. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • multiple users access one account
  • there is unauthorised distribution of content
  • our intellectual property rights are violated

7. Technical requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, and internet connection are suitable for accessing our services.

Subscriptions via Patreon are:

14. Disputes and chargebacks

We provide access to digital content via your account and email notifications. Failure to access the content due to missed emails, incorrect login details, or failure to contact support does not constitute non-delivery.
