Dear Anastasia, I appreciate very much this marathon. I had a lot of fun painting these subjects. Some steps were quite difficult, even though I'm not a complete beginner, but I tackled them with enthusiasm because I can grow through challenges. I discovered watercolor sketching about two years ago. I tried many different courses and challenges with various teachers, but Anastasia’s lessons were the only ones that truly stayed with me and pulled me in. I find myself looking forward to them every time, whether they are free or paid.

Of course, I also practice on my own, but the real understanding and confidence with watercolor came from her teaching. Every single challenge with her brings inspiration, positive energy, bright emotions and valuable knowledge. Spring marathon was no exception!

Anastasia, I truly enjoy drawing with you. You make it feel approachable, even for a complete beginner and I can see my progress step by step.

The sketches turn out cozy, colorful and unique. They are a real pleasure to look at and always bring positive emotions. Your explanations are clear and easy to follow, with a structured step-by-step approach.

I’ve also started creating my own sketches, using the knowledge and skills I’ve gained from your lessons. I especially appreciate how you share your techniques, tips, and little secrets that make the process so much more enjoyable.

I’m happy to leave another review, because it’s simply impossible not to share how much I loved this new spring marathon. The lessons are incredibly detailed, with excellent video quality. One thing I especially appreciate is that you can clearly see every step of the pencil sketching process. Anastasia explains everything in a very clear and easy-to-follow way, and the subjects are absolutely beautiful. These qualities are part of every course, but what truly stands out to me is the way Anastasia works with color. The soft watercolor transitions, delicate blends, and thoughtful color combinations are truly inspiring. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone who wants to discover the magic of watercolor sketching.

Hello. From one marathon to another, from winter to spring, you keep opening something new for us, Anastasia. I never stop being amazed and inspired.
Each time I start a lesson, I think, “There’s no way I can paint this.” And then somehow, step by step, it comes together. And the final result is there. This last spring marathon deserves special thanks. The timing was thoughtfully planned, and I even had the chance to paint some pieces twice, just for myself, once I really felt the mood and atmosphere of the sketch. You are not only an artist, but someone who brings fresh ideas, new forms, and beautiful color combinations. And what makes it truly special is your ability to explain everything in such a clear and simple way. Thank you so much.

This spring marathon was absolutely amazing. It just keeps getting better every time, Anastasia, congratulations, this is a real success. This was not just a marathon with sketches and assignments, it felt like a series of cozy journeys into the world of watercolor sketching.

On the first day, we traveled to a Dutch village, picking tulips and enjoying the charm of this place. Then we quickly boarded a plane and flew to visit a grandmother’s garden, planting flowers and taking a peaceful rest.

The next morning, we took a bike ride through lovely streets, enjoying the bright spring sunshine. Soon after, we felt the urge for something new and flew to Japan, walking through hills and taking photos among blooming cherry blossoms.
And we finished our journey in Paris, visiting a small patisserie, enjoying croissants, and watching the busy life of the city.

Not everything turned out exactly as I wanted. I only started drawing in December, and some sketches still feel challenging. But thanks to this marathon, I managed to overcome my fear of more complex compositions. Thank you for these new experiences and impressions.

This is my first time drawing with you and it went so well. You are a very pleasant teacher, you explain everything clearly and drawing with you is a real pleasure. I got so much enjoyment from the process, and since I am still a complete beginner, I’m also really happy with my results. A little later, when I have more free time, I will get a subscription, and then I won’t be able to stop 🤣 Thank you so much for the opportunity to relax and unwind. Thank you for this beautiful immersion into the magical world of watercolor sketching. I really needed these few evenings to spend time with myself and with something truly inspiring. Following your detailed lessons and trying to recreate the process, discovering the little secrets of watercolor sketching, each of us created our own unique bicycle, windmill and little shop. We are all so similar and so different at the same time.
